Processing Details



• Windy Mane Ranch will pay the standard processing fee.


• 1/4-, 1/2-, or whole beefs sold, depending on availability.


• Cut to YOUR specifications at the processor.


• 1/2-side of beef weights range from 300 to 325 pounds.


• FDA-inspected processing facilities.


NOTE: Payment in full is expected at the time of beef order pickup unless prior arrangements are made.



Horse Hotel and Bunkhouse



We have a small "overnight horse hotel" facility (7 nights'stay or less). We offer on-site property management, the Bunkhouse, parking for your horse trailer, a 55-foot round pen, an acre of turn-out (top paddock), and up to 4 stalls (12'x10') for your equine family members. We have a variety of animals here, including dogs, cats, chickens, horses, and cows.


Our self-care (ONLY) equine accommodations allow you continuous access (for the duration of your stay) and control of the care of your horse(s). Closed circuit cameras (CCTV) are used to ensure security of the premises.


Pets are welcome! In order to ensure the comfort and safety of everyone (person and animal, including cats and free range chickens) on the ranch, please keep your dog on a leash at all times.

Rates&Fees



• Payment IN FULL is expected at time of check-in unless prior arrangements are made.
• Future Bunkhouse and/or boarding (stall or pasture) reservations will be held for the sum of ONE (1) night's rates. This fee will be applied to the whole amount due for the entire stay. Unless other arrangements are made, this amount is NON-REFUNDABLE in the event of guest "no-show".
NOTE: Reservations made without a holding fee will be limited ONLY to immediately available (on arrival) accommodations.
• NO refunds will be made if you leave UNANNOUNCED and before the scheduled check-out date for multiple-night stays.
• Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.

Large Trailers (26' and over)



Our Front gate is 15' (feet) wide. There is no-climb fence on the north side of the driveway, and open grass on the south side. TRANSPORTERS (semi rigs) usually have to park on the street and unload... Sorry!


We suggest you back in FROM THE ROAD, however, you CAN pull in and turn around at the top and back your rig down the driveway through the second (15') gate (next to the round pen).


NOTE: Do NOT run over the SEPTIC LINES in front of the Bunkhouse along the driveway. Mind the marker!


This affords you access to the RV hookup. We CAN accommodate 2 trailers, but one of them might need to have a converter plug.
